Our Field

Where everything begins. The farm that gives name, flavor and season to everything we do.

The model

From field to table, without intermediaries

We grow vegetables, herbs and fruit in the milpa and farm garden. The harvest defines the weekly menu.

A short and honest cycle: from soil to kitchen in a matter of hours.

We sow and serve according to Baja’s natural cycle.

We use the whole harvest across the kitchen, store and bakery.

Local grain, fish and producers complement what the farm provides.
